Great Food delivery branding requires a mix of many spices. It not only needs to have the courtesy & hygiene that we experience while Dine-IN but also consistency in branding. Just like restaurants offer unique taste and flavor, branding here needs to be unique, recognizable and reliable.


For ensuring consistency, one needs to have right set of color palette and logo to ensure that it gets noticed on all types of packaging including inner packaging. The brand visibility should be expanded to menu card, tissue papers, delivery vehicle, and uniform. Packaging should also be customized as per type of item being delivered so that it’s the delivery brand which gets associated with the product. The food delivery industry is not just a delivery of products, it is indoor Dining. The role of restaurants is more of a cooking partner and the delivery engine is bringing the restaurant to the table.
